| I'm sure you all knew this, but the signer symbol "the heart" is not with Scrap Dragon. It actually corresponds to Life Saver Dragon. The real version of Power Tool Dragon. |

I thought we already went over this: Harker decided to put Scrap Dragon in place of Power Tool Dragon / Life Stream Dragon because no one uses those cards. If you read the sentence at the very top it clearly says that the cards has to be in our decks. It also implies that we should use the representing Dragons when we are dueling. |
