A few recent events have happened, now this has made me think about my leadership in both RDA and FNA. in this post i will be asking you to levae your thoguhts about me as a leader and weather i should run FNA and part of RDA.

I think your a good leader, but you are too trusting.

Look man, your one of the reasons im here right now regardless and not somewhere else following the rest of the crowd. Ever since i joined FNA I've had some great experiences. I've met some awesome people that will be my friends for a long time and I've come a long way as a duelist because of it. I see everyone here not only as friends because this is the one place I can come to just be myself. And YOU are the one that made that all posible. Of course all of your staff deserve recognition because they're amazing people as well, but the bottom line is that they are who they are because of YOUR leadership. I'm not just saying this to blow smoke up your ass either it's the truth. I know that your strong enough to see past those who don't matter, so do it man. Look back and remember why you made this site in the first place... Remember why you wanted and succeeded in creating a community where people can do what they love to do while creating friendships and bonds...creating a community where people can be themselves WITHOUT worrying about what anyone else thinks. This place has done so much for me and I speak for everyone here when I say we all look up to you and respect you as a leader. Shit if I didn't I'd be long gone and not typing you this essay, but you need to hear the truth. So please man, don't take this place away from us, we need you here. Stop telling yourself otherwise.

And I believe that TRUST is your strongest asset. If you place your trust in someone they should respect that and do the same to you, anyone who doesn't is just disgusting. It's incredibly hard to earn my trust my man, and you did.

Anyways I hope you read this a few times so that you can remember why you made FNA in the first place. Your a great leader and an even better friend so stop trying to convince yourself otherwise. Thats all I have to say you bloody wanker.

As a friend of yours for a while now, and as a member of the staff team which you lead, I can say you are the best leader we could have for various reasons...

1.I have never seen you picking on someone.
2.You get along well with everyone in the academy
3.You're a well-balanced person
4.You're a good duelist.
5.You encourage your students to be better and to never give up, making them feel better (I know because you've cheered me up when I was down several times, now).
6. I could just keep on going, couldn't I?.........

Anyway, my point is you're a great leader and whoever says you're not is out of their mind.... fasho! (XD)

And don't you even think of quitting this academy or giving away your position as a leader or I will bug you (you know that's my best asset) until you get that out of your mind.

Whether you like it, know it, or not, you have a lot of friends here and we're your friends because of who you are so don't change either.There is nothing wrong with you or the way you behave as a leader. Those who doubt you or don't believe in you have no reason for that.

Sure ,even if you made mistakes in some people's eyes, everyone makes mistakes once in a while, noone is an exception. But being a good person/leader/whatever is all about learning from them, isn't it? That's how I see things...

And if you DO quit, I'm sure a lot of people will follow you (me being one of those people) because without you FNA.... RDA....whatever....will just stop being itself (FNA 4eva, baby!).
You are one of those people that make me stay here, and I'm sure a lot of people think the exact same too.

So, as taylor has said and I insist to repeat, don't take FNA away from us! You are FNA!

Harker, I don't know what to say after reading what Taylor and JoJo had to say... I'm not gonna sit here and blow smoke at you or anyone else for that matter, but you're a great leader. Because of YOU, this site exists... If I had not bumped into you on DN, I would have never known about this place.

well i recently joined fna like about 3 days ago, so i barely know the people here but i can say thanks to all the admins, this place is got where it is now and its going to get better in the future.
